I'm Marie-Christine Kaufmann, enthusiastic  creator of azalee dolls.
After exploring many types of art forms I finally found my satisfaction in making porcelain dolls and  I would like to share my fascination for it with you.

In 2016 I was searching for new inspiration and found beautiful photographies of ball jointed asian dolls which immediately fascinated me. But sculpting them out of polymer clay and cold porcelain did not convince me.

Now I have dared to make my dolls out of real porcelain and Ijust love the whole process. I made my first porcelain doll in autumn 2018. There is still much to learn and I would appreciate if you come with me on this adventure.
